Nice location with a generally comfortable room.
I'm not sure if this is a common practice here or if we just got unlucky, but we ran into a lot of issues during our stay. The bathtub didn't work for the first 4 days and they only finally came up to fix it 2 hours before our checkout.On Friday morning (between 6am all the way up until 10am) the front desk was unreachable. We would try calling from the in-room phones and they would never answer. This happened several times throughout the stay, and ultimately we were never able to get a hold of them.Overall I was a bit surprised at the quality of service since I've stayed here in the past. Maybe things have just changed since my last visit or I was just unlucky.
