Loved the location. Beautiful hotel.

Being it was NYE, would have preferred if the kitchen stayed open a little longer. But otherwise it was great.

Spacious, confortable rooms with a great service. Cleaning super.

Everything is just perfect and luxurious. Staff is very welcoming and polite. Everyone pays attention to detail. Top tier.

Location wise unless you need to be in downtown it’s a dump, my wife and daughters were afraid to walk outside in the streets around here.

Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast also was good.

The garage was fantastic excellent service for leaving, picking up my car. Rooms very comfortable

The reception area is too small and crowded. The restaurants are too small, modest menu. ONE IS OUTDOORS and was closed because of RAIN. So I went to the OMNI for dinner. This place is POORLY designed , too small restaurants . Difficult to understand staff.

We liked the interior design of the hotel (both of the common areas like the reception, restaurants, terrace, and bar, but also of the room), the attention to detail and friendliness of staff, the food (both breakfast and dinner), the heating outdoor pool, the turndown service.

We would have appreciated a jacuzzi and more variety of activities at the spa.

Beautiful hotel.. friendly staff.. very attentive and accommodating. Food was good at the restaurant we tried. Short walk to a cute Starbucks in a little park surrounding. Turndown service was a nice surprise with the little touches.
