Best Western Los Alamitos Inn & Suites

Room was clean... breakfest was small but good... Hotel employee in the front office was amazing! He was friendly and informative of the area!

quiet, easy to get to, and near to Disneyland

The hotel was nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, was nice amount of space for my husband and two 3 year olds.

The parking lot is not to big but that aside we still were able to park in the lot.

I had to get moved to a new room because of the smell in the room assigned. It was non-smoking and smelled like smoke

It was in the location where we wanted to be.

The bedding was rough & bed was not comfortable. The hotel is in need of general maintenance like the weather stripping around the door, the flange where the shower meets the wall. Also the bathroom is small. The toilet paperholder is too close 2 wall.

Our room had a small balcony toward the back and was quite quiet. Beds were super comfy. Had room darkening drapes. Really good size room.

Freezer was not empty. Previous customers had left some food and it was not emptied out. The bathroom door squeaked. Hard to use at night and not wake up other person in the room. Wish ice maker was closer.

It was convenient to get to and parking was easy/plenty of room

Pool hours 9-9, we were at a BBQ for most of the day and we¿re looking forward to the hot tub for some relaxation and getting there right around that time, it was already closed ;/ also the hot breakfast didn¿t have bacon, that¿s our favorite

I appreciate that the bathtubs were renovated and clean. Also that they provide a snack breakfast for kids to have early in the morning.

We were in suite 101 which is directly between the lobby, housekeeping closet & main road-so noisy. The photos were misleading. I would have much preferred to stay at a comparable motel closer to the beach for a few $ more.

Room was a nice size, plenty of drawers and counter area, but the bathroom is very small. When you sit on the toilet, your arm rests on the toilet paper fixture. Staff said there are other lay outs next time we stay.

The room smelled of odor. There were stains on the carpet so we could not even walk without covering our feet. Towels were not fresh and very old.

Location was good.

The carpet in the hotel was filthy. I walked bare foot and my feet were black. The room also smelled like urine.

Cleanliness of room, breakfast area and lobby was outstanding. Check-in seamless and overall experience very good.

Proliferation of Warning signs in parking area advising ¿not responsible for damage or loss to vehicle¿, caused concern about security in property.

The continental breakfast was good. Coffee was good (both decaf and regular). The eating area was clean.

Parking was a bit of an issue. Of most concern was leaving the hotel parking lot. Very difficult and dangerous leaving as your view is blocked by cars parked out on the street, drivers side with oncoming traffic.

Room smelled as if someone had been smoking in it. Managers cannot control evrything....great place to stay. Very, very courteous staff.

Friendly staff, very clean , comfortable pillows and bed . Delicious breakfast. Clean pool..... what more do you want in s hotel ? Good value . Stay here !

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, ok breakfast but not bad, small but quite, down the street was a bunch of stores and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Hotel employee was excellent. There was a problem with my booking and she took care of everything. We were upgraded to a suit and was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness. We will definitely stay there again.

Not enough parking for this large of a property.
