Pros +
- The room was very comfortable and the hotel felt nice.
- The breakfast was very good and the Hotel was kept very clean.
- The waffles in the continental breakfast were delicious! Coffee in the lobby was always hot and tasty.
Cons -
- They were obviously understaffed and the staff that were working were stressed and short. Check in time was a 4pm, we arrived early and requested an early check in but were not checked in until 5:30pm- an hour and a half past regular check in time.
- Only thing the room was missing was a microwave. They do have a microwave in the lobby for use but sometimes that isn?t to convenient.
- There was a big guy that kept knocking on our door to check out, the first time he knocked was at 9:30am and check out was not until 11am. The entry door was extremely heavy and hard to enter through and the Do not disturb door knob sign never stayed on.
