Inn Of Long Beach

Dirty rooms. Needs to be painted and updated. It stinked in the room. Noisy cars and police sirens on going at night. Outside light bright in our room all night.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. Walked in and smelled of mold. Graffiti in the room, cock roaches on the ground. Nothing was wiped down at all. Everything was dirty. I've never felt so disgusted in my life. I debated on sleeping in my car

The room smelled like urine. We didn't stay and returned the keys at 5pm. I would appreciate a refund.

The staff were amazing! God bless the woman at the front who let me charge my phone when I forgot my charger. The cleaning lady was so kind too! The people here are clearly the best part of the experience, I wish I had gotten everyone?s names!

We had roaches in our room, it looked like no one had swept under the tv stand in a while (forgivable), but the floors overall weren?t clean. Also the toiletries provided were murder on our skin. I went to Vons across the street and buying full sizes.

I'll never understand people who use discount hotels and complain they weren't the 4 Seasons. I tend to use low-cost hotels, and this was honestly the nicest one I've seen. The fireplace was an amazing touch. Great location. Hotel employee was great!

Room was clean but really outdated.

Directly across the street was a bar ? restaurant ? Which had people coming and going loudly with them yelling and vehicles blasting the horns until after 2am. Outside noise was louder than tv in the room. Pool and hot tub area blocked - unavailable.

There was nothing good about this experience. I ended up finding alternative accommodations.

This is not an acceptable accommodation for any one.windows bolted shut with the air-conditioning broken, torn curtains (I have video). Outside smelled of urine and Marijuana. NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILIES $ SINLGLE WOMEN.

The location was great, it was near some great restaurants and shops.Easy access to public transportation.

The grounds were not kept up, the hot tub wasn't working, the pool was closed one day. The internet was working on and off.

People yelling outside our door all night. Entire place was rundown and dirty. Our friends were in another room that they said "smelled like fish".

Filthy, cigarette smoke saturated room. Sun faded caution tape surrounding the hot tub. Misc maintenance parts in front desk area with a pungent marijuana aroma. In the room - sticky desktop, spotty bathroom surfaces, crumbs on the bed. No refund given.

Beds were hard and blankets had rips in them the room felt muggy. Restroom was small and too close to the front door. Walls were dirty. Light kept popping when we tried to plug in iron. Overall pics didn't match what the place really looked like.

I liked that it was close to grocery store, eateries and easy to get to.

It lacked close attention to cleanliness and minor repairs. I saw non guest on the premisis walking around, as if scoping the place for an easy come up.It was a place to sleep, and stay a few nights, no more than that.

It's in the process of refurbishment so it's a bit quirky. It's a bit of a mess but that's OK it balances out. The staff is the best and Hotel employee is a rock star. The pool was nice. The location could not be better. My family's go to in Long Beach.

Rooms were ok as far as cleanliness and liked the location.

Most everything, very dirty overall including one big cockroach. A lot of smokers in many rooms.

I didn't like it!!!!

The curtains were tore, roaches in the room, there was a half a joint in between the mattress and boxspring. It spoke to the owner and he kicked me out of the reception area.

There was bed bugs in the bed we have to change rooms that was just unhealthy and gross

Location and price were great. The room was also roomy and nice size

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Having a Vons market across the street was convenient. I didn't see the roaches that other guests have reported.

Hot water took LONG time to arrive in shower, and drain was slow, so tub was full of cold water when it did. Dust on floor near bed and stains on walls. Hot tub out of service and debris in pool. Had to pay for all nights upon check-in.

Bed was comfortable.

Bar soap didn't lather (hard water vs. cheap soap?) Stains on telephone & lampshade (appeared to be longstanding). The place is extremely dated. Parking lot small. Decent place but not worth $---/night. No TV channel guide provided.

This is the dirtiest and least cleanly hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. For $--- a night, I'm insulted at how bad it was
