The night attendant was incredibly nice and helped me when I forgot my keys in the room by activating a new key! Awsome

Location is not the best but property was very clean and quiet.

Toilet didn¿t work properly, tv didn¿t initially work, never got internet to work, dirty sheets when I went to bed the first night, had to ask for fridge and microwave that should have initially been in the room, staff walked into my room without knocki

Nothing really

There was huge stains on blanket, mold on shower curtain. I can tell they did not clean after last tenant because both toilet paper rolls had a little bit left. Went to go buy own blankets and pillows to sleep more comfortable

The pillow case had blood on it. The comforter had multiple cigarette burns. When you lifted the covers, the sheet had piss stains and dirt.

Staff was friendly and free snacks and drinks were included.

There was a weird sound in the room every 30-40 mins that went on through the night and it was quite loud in the morning in general.

The fact that I am alive. It looked like a bad area to stay in and was really concerned about my safety and my personal car.

I didn't like the fact that it was portrayed as a very clean hotel with a contemporary look and it was nothing like that. The shower had dark mold on the walls and on the shower curtain. The complementary water had chewed up gum inside, it wasn't even new

The location was quiet and very convenient to everything especially a corner full of goodies

Room was a bit small and bathroom could use upgrading along with the appliances but for a single person or couple it's a cute little spot. Parking is extremely tight but there's safe street parking so easy fix cool little spot pics aren't true tho l

Had a great TV and was clean.

The manager unlocked and opened my door without knocking, waking me up on my second day there (I still had one more night). I awoke terrified and he quickly asked if I need room service. Also the sink was clogged.

The man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The room itself was slightly nicer than I expected. The location was convenient and close to downtown Long Beach. Bed was comfortable.

Though the room was fine, it was small. The bathroom didn't seem totally fresh (no little toilet-paper triangles like I'm used to at hotels; the rolls were half-used).

Close to fast food places

I was charged twice. Room to small The smell of trailers outside.

The toilet leaked when you flushed, the shower water went cold after 15-20 mins, the owner constantly reminded us that he was watching us through the cameras which made me very uncomfortable.

It's a diamond in the rough clean room great staff great beds just needs to be in a better location

Room too small

I do not think the owner knows how to properly clean, and I know he doesn't change the sheets when someone checks out...I don't know if he is just clumsy when clean the bathroom but he does not change the sheets.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything, the door wouldn¿t even shut right I felt so unsafe.

Very friendly staff, very attentive. Loved that there was a convenience store right across the street.

The parking, it’s out of their control. It’s the ways the place was built, no way property can fix that.

No breakfast option was mentioned or offered

AC makes a lot of noise. And door locks didn’t properly close.

Room was clean

The parking is terrible, very narrowed, and the room is very small, and no table and has one chair in the room.
