  • Grievance #1ofMany -All the AC was down due to remodel, On our last day we found out they had fixed the AC in several rooms shortly after we arrived but didn't offer them any current guests, only new guests..Long Beach hit 102� the week we were there!
  • A disclosure should be made about the parking arrangements. They should disclose that they have ongoing construction. Someone from the construction crew was yelling at 5:30 am disturbing us guests. No a/c. Space heaters being provided. HUMMIDITY.
  • ¿ENot Clean around bathroom Towels are some stains. ¿Ea Little smell in the room ¿EA lack of consent : Not for business ¿EService fee is very expensive ($45??)

¿EStaffs are very kind. ¿ERoom Charge is very cheap (Excellent)
