Pros +

Good coffee for breakfast. No fee for parking.
Personable. Enjoyable. Nothing was unacceptable.

Cons -

We knew ahead of time that the room there was no AC, but it was unbearable. We were supposed to stay 5 nights and could only manage 4. It was hotter in the room than it was outside. The ceiling fan is just not nearly enough to cool it down.
The inn is located on the corner of a busy street, traffic can be loud. Room was dusty, cobwebs in corners. Place smells old. Warm breakfast made at 700AM, runs until 9AM. If you aren't there early expect to warm your breakfast in the microwave.
