Pros +
- Overall ambiance. The hotel was warm and inviting. Easy access in and out and elevator was in close vicinity of the front entrance making it convenient to get to your room on the upper floors.
- Great location, easy access to freeway, food and retail. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms are generously sized with good amenities.
- The accommodations were lovely and the staff very gracious.
Cons -
- Limited parking spaces. Water pressure was low.
- While the room looked and felt clean, it obviously needed a deep cleaning and attention to detail. The plug in the bathroom and the cord of the hairdryer was filthy. The carpet by the refrigerator was beyond gross, looks like something leaked.
- Water was not hot enough for hot shower
