- I did not like this hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I travel a lot professionally.
- Clean and spacious room with lots of amenities and thoughtful details like reading lights, plenty of outlets, luggage rack, hair dryer, iron etc. Hot breakfast with lots of choices.
- staff doesnt ignore you
Cons -
- There was an AWFUL stench in the room the entire time I was there. When I told the staff, they offered to spray the room down (incredulously). I realized after time that it was a sewer line smell. They refused to move me to a different room also.
- The spa is colder than the pool. i've stayed here at least 7x in the last month, spa has never worked. Staff apologizedsaying the temperature is never hot or warm. The hotel is aware and doesn't plan to fix this any time soon. my AC didn't work either
- A little outdated and the TV didn't work
