Quality Inn Lake Elsinore I-15

the staff the front desk was very accommodating. I had inadvertently left off that we needed a first floor room because of my moms mobility issues and cheerfully worked to make this happen.

It was very dated, fresh dirt in the room (handprints on the wall, that I was able to wash off with soap and water) stained pillow case, garbage on the pathways, room backed up to freeway, the staff was very nice but we wont be back due to hotel condition

They lock the door where the vending machines and ice machine is and you can't get back into it until in the morning

This hotel is run down. Sketchy people walking around the place. Room was dirty and found broken glass on the floor. Mold growing in the bathroom. Neighbors yelling all night and strong marijuana smell coming from the neighbors room.

This was a last minute booking. A friend warned me not to book near the Casino or on Casino Dr - sketchy. Very true. My clothes were stolen out of laundry room - caught on camera - by what looks like a homeless person. This hotel is a hazard.

I appreciated the fact that the hotel offered breakfast and has an on site laundry.

I did not appreciate that on one of the nights I was there I was checked in to a room with dirty sheets. When I mantiene it to the staff instead of them trying to make it better they got defensive and confrontational.

That the door locks worked!

The list long...just barely good enough to not contract shingles or some disease. Water pipe burst or some issue...could not take a shower or brush teeth in the am....water was shut off. Literally would have rather just sleep in my rental car and save $

Nice, comfortable, clean room.

When I arrived at 3:05 pm, nobody was attending the office and it was locked. It was very cold outside and it took about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to finally show up, unlock the office, and allow me in. The pers was friendly but office should be open.

When I arrived, the water was being repaired and I was told it would be ready by 3 pm. I was not working for another couple of hours. There was an odd odor in the room at first. Not sure. That may have been due to the water problem.

Whoever was in charge that day was very disrespectful I had stayed there before and was accused of Leaving A dirty room the last time I was there which is not true I always clean up after myself I'm a very clean person I always make sure my room is clean

Good price, friendly staff, great location.

Paid for a King, Got a queen. Broken furniture in the room and the have the nerve to charge a deposit.

Filthy dirty, no hot water, broken shower handle, bugs present, air conditioner very noisy, terrible location on a busy street. Worst motel I have ever stayed in so I checked out early!

Bugs in the room, dust on the headboard, poor sound insulation

Location was good.

Room filthy. Walls streaked with debris, mirrors, around door handles, microwave, hairdryer, lamps, chair upholstery dirty. Sheets holes and stained, smoke detector missing, door casings dirty and badly scraped, holes in lamp shade, luggage stand broken

Nothing ...one of the rooms sink was clogged up, mattress all filthy and light fixtures falling off.

I would never stay at that hotel again

The reception area is super hot ¿¿ very dusty, unkept. This office / reception needs a deep cleaning or makeover. This place just gives you the impression that there¿s absolutely no Supervision. Definitely, I will never stay here again.

The Hotel was old and worn. The ad said that they provided breakfast and was closed because of Covid. The coffee maker in the room did not have a pot. The room smelled really bad like smoke. I asked for a suggestion for breakfast and knew of no place.

The water was cold, there was an emergency and the phone did not work in the room and the person at the front desk did not come n get me my boyfriend got hit by a car in front of the hotel and I was notified two hr later and I had to check outhad room 2ni

Nothing. Staff was insanely rude. I didn¿t feel safe at this hotel, due to my first room¿s door being kicked in and broken into. Then, I was refused to be given a refund after complaining.

Staff was rude. There are drug addicts flooding the premises. The room wasn¿t clean. Overall, terrible hotel.

The bedding had stains and looks dirty. The towels looked old and raggy
