- The way that the reception desk accommodated us and fulfilled our every need.
- Old Laguna charm. The staff is AMAZING

Cons -
- Wish it had available outlets on both sides of the bed
- Rooms were tiny
- The room I booked was $--- and very outdated, had a bad smell and I was very disappointed in the room for what I paid. They did refund me $100 but I wouldn't do it again.
