Azusa Inn

The room was clean and fresh, well lit.

Pool and grounds were well kept. Pool is not heated and was cold. We were told the Jacuzzi worked, but it was not. It took staff two days to let us know that we would not be able to use the Jacuzzi. Staff was rude on the phone. No in-room coffee.

The room it was very clean, and comfortable. Except for the mini-fridge. (It wasn't working)

The mini fridge it wasn't working good. I called to the hotel office, and they told me: I will go to check up in a little bit, but, they never went. I had to bouth a lot of ice to cool it up my drinks.

Room had no chairs, no microwave or coffe maker the in room. Ice was not free.

I liked the swimming pool and spa very clean as well as the rooms the decor was very nice and the staff friendly

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pool looked like the walls had not been cleaned for a few years and the Jacuzzi looked the same. I wouldn't use either in this condition.

Nice room, good AC, nice pool

Jacuzzi was not working properly.First time I had to pay for ice! Glad I had quarters. Another guest told me, not the desk guy.

It was very peaceful and quiet

The pool was closed and the ice machine was broken. There was street construction so it was hard to enter and exit the hotel.

It was very inviting, the rooms were big and comfortable. I went for 1 night and stayed the whole week.

That there wasn't any kind of discount for staying more than 1 night.

No breakfast, don’t care for the animals that are welcome there. But everything else is perfect.

Not allowing pets

Comfy bed, hot shower, good size room, pool, secluded location, and plenty of food locations to choose from. The staff was very helpful.

It rained while I was there and the parking lot drain was a bit clogged and made a pond.... obviously not the hotel's fault but the city's. It was a minor thing. My stay went very well.

I screwed up my reservation through Expedia and was a day earlier than my reservation. The guy at check-in (around 9pm) had no issues with it, and he gave me the rooms anyway. He said we'll figure it out in the morning. You never see that kind of service anymore. The hotel surroundings and parking lot were very neat and clean.

Need towel racks and places to hang wet towels. The little shampoo packets aren't good. I didn't need the room cleaned and serviced since I was only staying 2 nights, so I put the do not disturb sign on the door. It was removed and room was serviced.

I think a homwless person lives on the propoerty ,I got concerned and left ,because I am alone

the handicap room strong cigarette odor, one trash bucket , old worn out towels. dirty AC control panel, poor water pressure to shower loose sink water handle.
