Residence Inn by Marriott La Mirada Buena Park

Outstanding staff, hot breakfast, location, parking, price.

Could use updated rooms but hopefully it won't compromise the price too much if they do upgrade.

Convenient and quiet

Not able to completely block out the light at night or open the window

I liked that the hotel was very clean, room was spacious and nicely decorated, friendly staff, hot breakfast was good, and you have private entrance.

Clean and just the right size

Broken handles of drawers.

Location

The hotel booked me into a room with no working air conditioning¿. The temps were in the 90¿s through out the night¿ I called front desk twice and they said they no maintenance technicians at night and there is nothing they can do¿ the following morni

The kitchen

Breakfast options were very limited to finger food items. Didn't clean my room during our 4 stay. Asked for towels and usually got them. But one day it took a few hours because they got forgot I called. Since I prepaid, I was not aware of the 150 deposit

Excellent experience. Was remodeled in 2020. Nice size suite room with full kitchen, clean, comfortable, not noisy, tucked away from main road.

Spacious room with a kitchen and dining table that was nice to come back to eat take out. Couch to relax together with my wife.

Air conditioning did not work, maintenance could not fix it, but they moved us to a room where it did work.

Nice and clean just the right price and really nice area

None I like everything

No airport shuttle Free breakfast is 2 coffee choices & instant oatmeal (no muffins, fruit or pastries) No turn over service (towels are replaced every 7 days. Garbage can full for whole trip!) Buttons on microwave don't work No cups, forks or paper

There was a lot of construction and it was difficult to get to but the room was great and the people were awesome.

The toilet was hard to flush and the shower ran and the breakfast was not very good.

I liked that it had a kitchen and we was set up like an apartment

The room said it slept two but it actually was a queen bed and a very uncomfortable pull out couch. When we asked to change rooms they said we we could but it would be available the next night and tha they would call us the next day when it was ready. not

The staff was very friendly, free breakfast had a large choice in the menu and food was excellent. Parking was close to room, we were given a handicap room as requested.

There was nothing negative about this stay.

Clean. Great staff.

Pillows should be different sizes and different levels of firmness and softness.

Convenient location for our purpose with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean. Had no need to use the kitchen as we were only there 1 night.

We could not get the heat to flow through. We only got the fan blowing. Nothng was there to light the durolog in the fireplace. When the staff person brought up the matches, we read the print on the log which mentioned poisons. No fire.

The community atmosphere of complex and amenities in room.

Absolutely no where to park! This place needs more parking capacity. There needs to be a system where they ensure compact cars park in compact spaces. Too many examples of compact cars in non-compact car spaces. Really annoying!

Too many people nowhere to sit at the pool area and there was a bug in my room

Everything

This is a dog friendly hotel.

The dog fee was too high.

Staff was very friendly very helpful
