- Our flight was delay so we wanted to stay at a well known hote, when we arrived to our room it smelled like urine! So we went to the front desk to request a room change. The Desk Clerk graciously gave us a new room.
Cons -
- No. But if the pool was seated, it would have been better!
- Customer service was lousy, noisy room front door, 3 day old breakfast biscuits,
- Yes, someone pulled the fire alram at 3am in the morning! When I called down to the front desk to inquire about what was happening they sounded distressed and said it was a false alarm.
