Please note that office hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Redwood Hollow Cottages in advance. Please note that only the confirmed number of guests are allowed at the property. Kindly be advice that we have 4 parking spaces and it's first come first serve. We are not able to reserve the spaces. - RESERVATION: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to guarantee your reservation as a commitment for the full period requested. This deposit will be charged to the credit card on the same day the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival, and will be automatically charged to the same card on file unless otherwise arranged. - PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: After booking, a rental agreement and check-in form will be sent to your Booking.com inbox or email (if provided). Both documents must be completed and signed in order to receive check-in instructions. Once submitted, your personalized self check-in code and arrival details will be sent within 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note: Check-in instructions cannot be released until both forms are submitted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of USD 500.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
