Motel 6 Kingsburg, CA

I realized I had lost my phone after I left and they looked for it. They called me and returned it to me.

Customer service at the desk

Had to ask for shampoo and conditioner. The refrigerator door did not close unless you slammed it a couple of times. It ruined our Ice Cream 2 nights in a row

This is why the best experiences I've had in a motel in quite a while the bigger more expensive motels are not as clean or are the people are not as nice as they were here it may not have a big breakfast in the morning but it is definitely a wonderful pla

Came home sick from this stay! The rooms have become less & less clean but this time on February 11th 2024 The room I stayed in was so filthy room had a sewer smell soon as we walked in there were no amenities tub was gross had to scrub my self !!!

Location and staff was nice.

Tub missing plug or hair catcher. Mattress was hideously uncomfortable.

I got bedbug bites all over the right side of my body. Also saw cockroaches crawling on the floor in my room. Same with my workmates room. I appreciate Motel 6 value, but can not stay at this location again. Building must be fumigated.

This motel usually provides a good value for the money. But I can't come back until they deal with the bugs in the rooms.

This hotel has an insect infestation. We saw cockroaches in the rooms, and woke up with dozens of small red insect bites on our bodies. Are these bedbugs or maybe fleas? Definitely not a healthy environment to stay.

When I arrived with my confirmation the front desk employee told me that there was no rooms available and I would have to cancel my reservation . She then proceeded to cancel my reservation with Motel 6. I was left with no where to stay for the night.

Room looked good until I opened microwave and it was filthy. Made me question how clean room really was during this covid-19 time. Motel 6 said they were follow safety guidelines and this just threw that out the window for me. Also no coffee

There was no shampoo and conditioner and the sheets felt old (they were pilling pretty badly).

The Manager bad manners. Duty fridge the bat tub smells like pipi..no coffe pot. No suvenniers like shampoo conditions .. No soap thank god i took mine. The towels were duty the Ive backet was wit trow up stains disgusting...
