- Friendly staff
- Proximity to the hospital where my child was having surgery. Fair price in comparison to other local hotels.
Cons -
- $200 deposit for a $--- room, this was a surprise.
- Charging the $7 for parking when the hospital is free just steps away in their covered parking structure. Charging my credit card a $200 charge. And taking days to get the credit back. Westin only puts a $50 hold on your card. Why the high $200? No pool.
- No USB chargers in the room. Parking was not free and there was a $200 security deposit I did not know about when booking.
