Spacious room plus had continental breakfast microwave and mini fridge in the room.

Only thing I could think of ice machine was in the main lobby.

The stay was awful which is disappointing because I've stayed here several times and never had issues. Paid ahead of time with Klarna but hotel still accidentally charged me another $225 and still not sure that is resolved. Room did not like pics either.

YES there was a bunch of human faeces ( shit ) smeared on the inside of the shower curtain Most dissgusting trhing I ever saw in a hotel room . so I know the cleaning staff is not very good

1. It was very close to the road making it very loud 2. The staff were not very friendly we have stayed at quiet a few Sonasta properties and were disappointed in this one

Pet fee was way to high. th the room wasn't clean. The conditioner was empty. The cold water didn't work. They told us that we couldn't the fruit tgat was left over from breakfast with us instead throw away. Had to ask for towels at the pool.

The doors were not sealed when closed and it was very windy. And sand came through on the floor.

After a long drive and arriving late it was nice to be meet with a warm smile and nice conversation from the front desk guy. Thanks.

Big room with very nice bathroom and shower. Excellent breakfast and nice fitness center.

We liked the mid century modern look. Very nice and spacious bathroom.

It's right next to the freeway so the constant sound of that was annoying. There were workers staying there and we were awoken at 4 am from the loud banging and truck engines and back up beepers.

The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were large and had everything we needed. There is a mini fridge and coffee maker. It is close to the freeway, so you can hear some noise, but it's within walking distance to Fantasy Springs Casino.

The pool and the gym were both closed (just bad timing I think).

The staff was very nice and helpful. It wasn?t fancy but very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely stay there again.

We checked in for 2 nights, took our stuff to the room 322. Next day we went shopping, came back, keys did not work. Went to desk, they told us we had to move rooms for construction. Moved all our stuff to new room 222, the A/C did not work. Called desk,

they sent repair man, he said couldn't fix it, Desk said move all your stuff back to 322. Then repair guy fixed A/C & we stayed in 222. Why would they put us in a room for 2 nights, knowing we would have to move?
