Very clean, very quiet, the breakfast was a good way to get the day started, and the pool was very relaxing and big

The hot breakfast and the front desk lady was helpful.

There was stuff left over from the last people in the room.

I was told that the breakfast room opened at 6:00 am and it hadn't opened at 6:30 which was the time that I drove away.

It was quite. The feather pillows. The soft mattress. The table space. The lotion and conditioner.

The faucet to close to the inner wash bowl. Shower inner liner doesn?t keep water out. There?s no night light. Carpets color I?m sorry for being honest. It creeps me out. The outside of the hotel looks like a convalescence home. A zombie guy on side

Clean, nice room, pleasant middle courtyard with pool and cabana/gazebo area created an oasis feeling even in the midst of a busy strip of motels.

Room had knats flying around, pictures made room look better than it was in person. Also with breakfast there was no meat or eggs at all

The pool, and the size of the room

I stayed two nights. The tub spout fell off so I couldn't take a shower. I called the front desk asked them to fix it the next day while I was at work and they agreed. The next evening the tub still wasn't fixed.

Staff and room( cockroaches in the room and the shower) air conditioner took more than a hour to cool down.

It was one of the most nicest rooms I've ever stayed at.Everything was redone.They do not look as they did a few years ago.They look brand new from inside.The only thing I didn't appreciate is that the ice isn't complementary.They charge for the ice.

The ice machine wasn't working. Nevertheless they charge for the ice.The ice is supposed to be free and available at every hotel,motel, resort..

Good Parking

Disgustingly rude front desk woman. Not welcoming, not friendly, no manners, big mouth, not willing to answer even a simple polite question without giving you a hard time.

An excellent value for the price.

I am saddened by declining fortunes in the town of Indio. I had to go to the next suburb over to find a movie theater. Other than that, the only concern is the TV service. Every hotel is different; a printed channel guide would be useful

Everything except shot water issues

No hot water one nght so I had to take a shower in another room and two nights later the water was lukewarm

Staff refused to return our calls when a bag of property was left there. We returned 100 miles just to connect with proprietor, who seemed flippant that she had not returned our calls, and then, property was missing.

The sheets were dirty. They had human hairs on it when we lifter the sheets. It was a very awful feeling that we had to leave. We did not stay, unsafe to stay too many homeless people outside the doors of the rooms.
