Worst stay. They tried charging me 30 dollars for parking and on top of that i was unable to sleep at all. Walls very thin and everything is extremely noisy. You can hear all thr foot steps plus very loud renters and no one to ask them to keep it quiet

There’s breakfast? Lol the bed was clean and it’s cheap and the restroom was clean even though it was sharing it was clean.

Nothing at all the property head roaches and my car was broken into costing me 475 dollars

I like this place cuz is close to big avenues,store,pharmacy. The price is the best. Rooms very clean bathrooms smells fresh ,is parking in tje property The guy office is very nice friendly

Was kept waiting for the reception staff for hours because apparently he was on break around 7 pm

I needed a place to get out of the cold and to rest my head. It was the cheapest I could find under the circumstances. However the shared facilities were a surprise because I assumed "shared" meant more than one person would use them but not "shared" that more than one person could use it at the same time. It was a public bathroom. The room although private, was old with old furnishings and not cleaned well. There was a flat screen television to take your mind off of the roaches. I killed the two I did see. You could also turn up the volume to drown out the echoing sound doors being closed made whenever people closed them. With the bathrooms outside of the rooms, and 20 rooms on each floor not counting how many were occupied it still made for a lot of doors being shut. It was my shelter from the cold. For what I could afford in an emergency situation but if I had to recommend it, I would say spend more time on your search for a place to stay on a budget. You might find something better and I'm sure you can.

The toilet moves when you use it and I parked on the street 2 blocks away

Provided a roof, albeit shabby, over my head for the night

No heat, no ventilation either because of broken window screen. Dirty bed linen, moldy window, room door lock not secure, roaches, grimy dirty transit. No WIFI or fridge or microwave. Mgr tried to charge more for reservation.

The facility was clean. When I arrived there were no places to park but management allowed me to park in a non designated area.

Everything was good.
