- The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I like the green aspect of all their amenity choices. Very friendly and helpful staff
- It's just about the best location in Healdsburg, smack dab in the middle of everything, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, tasting rooms.
- Great design planning and aesthetics, not your standard run of the mill hotel design. Appreciate not having wall-to-wall carpet, and the outdoor patio was a nice option to have.
Cons -
- We had a problem with our heat but it was fixed promptly. Our TV remote didn't work but we just used one from the other TV and left a note for the staff. The mattress on the side closest to the bathroom had a large sink area where everyone must sleep. I really had to scoot past it so I wouldn't sink into it. Comfy bed otherwise
- Our hotel and its sister hotel were sharing front desk staff the week between Christmas and New Year's so we had a couple of instances, including at check-in, when nobody was around (or answered the phone). I had to go to the sister hotel to get somebody to check me in and valet park my car. Thankfully it's practically next door. Besides that inconvenience, everything was first-rate.
- Bathroom/Shower: not a lot of privacy, there is a gap in the bathroom door even when fully closed. Not sure about all rooms, but our room was definitely for a single or a couple, not for a family.

The staff exhibited remarkable kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. Javier in the rooftop bar provided exceptional service. Jason from the front desk was exceptionally helpful with our room safe. Additionally, Anthony from the front desk ensured a swift and efficient check-in process.
Parking our car was a bit of a challenge. We stayed four days and continually had to move it. Continental Breakfast was not very good.
