Hotel Trio Healdsburg

Size of the room and cleanliness.

During the first night of our stay our air conditioning system was broken. The temperature in the room was 78 degrees. They offered us a fan. The windows opened up about 2 inches. The ac was repaired the next day.

The hotel is new and clean. We liked that our room included a kitchen and sitting area. The breakfast was terrific. The location was great - grocery store across the street and a trail leads to downtown Healdsburg which is just a mile walk.

We just wish we had asked for a room that faced inside instead of facing the street.

We were greeted by a friendly staff when we arrived. Very comfortable, quiet stay.

The design of this hotel is beautiful. Roomy, stylish, comfortable. The rooms are really designed well for guest with plenty of space for working, sleeping....all to make the stay great. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom wonderful and spacious.

Way too expensive for one night. Should be able to use discounts to make business stays more affordable.

Better communication with the staff no one told us the Wi-Fi password shuttle reservation was never fulfilled left waiting for a half hour for shuttle multiple phone calls to get picked up in the rain

The hotel was beautiful as were the rooms

After paying $177 do the room I then was charged $20 to park in their lot which I find ridiculous. I mean where else would we park if not in the lot. Shouldn’t nickel and dime people to park in a lot.

Good breakfast except there were three egg dishes and all of them had some version of MEAT &/or cheese. We are vegetarian and do not eat meat and are not able to eat cheese for digestive reasons. Plain scrambled eggs should definitely be a better selection!

Having a hot tub or inside sauna would be a perfect plus since it is winter and impossible to use the pool (just too cold outside).

Breakfast was good, guest relations, cleanliness, and location were all great. Room was very nice, bed was very comfortable- only addition I’d like is a magnified makeup/shaving mirror! Also liked free shuttle to town Definitely would stay again!

Dogs in adjacent room, had to move. Dogs should only be allowed on lower floors and guests should have the opportunity to select pet free rooms and floor.

Generally a nice hotel in a good location

Room detailing is descending over time, staff is becoming a bit too ‘modern’, a little ’sloppy’ - like no-one really cares very much. Too many extra fees - parking (not in a city, plenty os space) and a ‘facility fee’.

Could have benefited from a map showing room locations and entry doors at check-in.

Parking fees are too high for the area. Daily cleaning should be automatic.

It was clean with many amenities. Parking was easy. I like the complimentary wine in the auto dispenser. The shuttle was cool. Javier was a good driver. The room was clean. Breakfast was yummy. The pool looked nice.

The Chromecast in our room didn't work but overall that is not that big of a deal.

Loved the room. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, efficient and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel cancelled my stay last minute because they were overbooked. The worst thing is that weeks later I am trying to get my refund back with no luck

This property has them MOST UNFRIENDLY Front Desk staff, shame on Marriott for not training this bunch of entitled youngsters. Observed the same “ dont bother me” and “go away attitude ;on two different shifts. The young lady on the Monday morning shift wins the prize- she ignored, not even making eye contact with the gentleman before me and our simple questions were finally answered by the male receptionist. She never looked up or acknowledge!! Very welcoming.
