Pros +

I got a wheelchair accessible room (not a problem), but then, the bathroom smelled so terrible I waited in the office for the maintenance man. They did end up switching out my room and the 2nd room was fine.
Checking in was smooth and easy. Staff was friendly.
Staff was available for me to check in even though a flight delay kept the plane from arriving until 1:35 AM

Cons -

The staff was not particularly helpful and didn't want to switch out my room, until the manager got there and I waited in the office for them to do something.
Sketchy people loitering in the parking lot. Parking lot was full with work trucks and construction equipment trailers. Had to park at the nrext door bowling alley.
Could have been aired out a bit better inside and cleaner outside.
