    Pros +

    • shower was great and air conditioning worked great
    • Only the price.
    • Driving to Gilroy's downtown convenient. Many nearby shopping centers, For casual but high end designer fashions, Gilroy Premium Outlet still there. However it has lost dozens of previous other hi end shops. Visiting wineries nice too.

    Cons -

    • the key cards did not work well, had to go and have key card replaced each day
    • They make you wait a long time and the worst problem is that the refrigerator and air conditioning don't even work. When I got to the room, it was a surprise, they gave me a room that was already used by other people.
    • It was filthy. Stains everywhere. Bathroom still dirty from last guest.

First night was a disaster. Hotel is hairline from calling it a dump. It advertises more than what it delivers. Lots of ex-cons, homeless, drunks hanging around. Urine odor and lack of covered garbage containers draw more flies than people.

It was cheap, the heater worked, it was relatively safe.

It smelled bad, the shower clogged, the sheets had stains, it was loud at around 2 am.

Ive stayed here before. Hot water. WIFI. Comfy bed

I still couldn't get the TV to turn on but I'm not a huge tv watcher...

    Good water flow

Stairway reeked of urine; room reeked of nicotine

    Uh......hmm.....dunno.

Filthy. Stained carpets, walkway outside rooms (all on 2nd level) full of broken furniture and trash. Smelled like rotting garbage. Right outside room is a service station convenience store which made for noise all night and is the hotel lobby. More

    the vitex trees outside window.

no furniture except bed and table.no chair, night stand, lamp or dresser.carpet dirty or else the vacant room would be great for yoga.no elevator.kept promising to fix existing one.i hurt back carrying luggage long distance to upstairs room.

stained carpets, run down, out dated, bare minikum, stinks like smoke(supposed to be non smoking)

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-30-2019

The staff were very friendly and accomodating and it was close to town so there was not a lot of driving to sightsee.

It's very loud, because the rooms are above the convenience store & look out onto 24-hour gas stations on each side, plus the car wash. The room was clean, but needed maintenance/repairs.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-23-2019

The towels were clean and there were no bedbugs. The door locked and the mini fridge was not gross. That's it

I expected the room to be basic, not unsanitary. It was extremely dirty, in poor shape, & disgusting. The carpet had never been vacuumed, grime on walls & door frames, microwave was encrusted & gross. Bathroom door was broken & the room seemed contagious.

Close to the outlets, staff was friendly and the store was very convenient.

Affordable price, easy access. Just a clean, comfortable place for an overnight stay. Not a 5 star location by any means but it works just fine for my needs and a whole lot cheaper than the other overpriced motels in the area. No hesitation to rebook.

It was a room and nice t.v.

Found two meth pipes in the room.

    1GlenPosted on: 5-31-2017

These were the rudest people and absolutely no help at all. No phone in the room, floors filthy, air conditioning broken and all plugged up with dirt. Knobs were broken and didn't work. This was the worst place I have stayed in my life, and I ham 75.
