I liked that the employees were very supportive and respectful.
Wish it was on level ground put was on the 3rd room was stuffy

Cons -

Everything, From the location to the room. Very dirty & smells smoke. The bed, pillows, bathroom & entire room are very dirty.
There was used soap left in the restroom when I first walked in
Why do I get the room key always open my room 1 night never the next, have to go to the front desk to register my key again it's a pain, almost every hotel I go to incompetent works
