- Very pleasantclerk at check-in, room was clean, quiet and a cheap place to stay for a few days while in town on business
- Conveniently located right off the highway, hotel is very clean, very nice area, great laundry room with vending machines, parking is good too. Close to shopping, easy access to highway 880 & 680.

- Yes. The staff here does not acknowledge that as a paying long-term guest that the room should be cleaned frequently. When I request a cleaning, I pretty much get lied to and ignored. 1 1/2 year now and month's without a cleaning!!!
