Staff member giving us good tips about lake Natoma’s better fishing spots.

I thought good fishing spots were just 15 min walk because a picture of a river was just walking distance away on your website

Clean. Great bed. Nice breakfast is a treat.

I'm offended that the hotel charges a parking fee, undisclosed until you are checking in, while it sits in the midst of a gigantic free parking lot. Also, the inability to upgrade the room (and pay the difference) upon arrival struck me as really dumb.

The staff was great, the room was very nice and clean, breakfast was just cereals and a variety of breads, etc. Less than what I expected...

Nice size room. Was moved to a walk in shower room as needed!

Bed was NOT made on the pullout couch. I had to flip the mattress over which was stained and put sheets on so I could go to bed!?

Surprisingly nice. Staff were friendly but not intrusive. Its close to the American river trail. I had a great walk.

Parking wasnt great

Convenient location. There is a nice gym, free breakfast, free internet. Since I was staying for a week I was given free parking.

I had my food order stolen in front of me when it was dropped off by DoorDash and the hotel did not want to help. They said not our problem you need to figure it out. Poor customer service, definitely could¿ve been handled better. Free breakfast is awful.

I wasn¿t very happy when I checked into the hotel and there was an unexpected pet fee of $75.00. It may have been noted in the booking, but after a long day of travel, I was tired may have missed it. This was upsetting because I have a very tight budget.

The room was beautiful, clean and with modern kitchen appliances. The bathroom had hand soap and body , shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There were paper towels and Kleenex. They went the extra mile .Just Phenomenal!!

The staff was incredible and the location was great.

The room was very dated and didn't have a permanent AC unit. It had a fan that you pulled out from a corner. Also, the breakfast wasn't that great.

Nice design, comfortable room, very nice staff -- particularly room cleaner, and the front-desk people who went out of their way to extend our stay (due to our being driven from home by the Mosquito Fire) an extra night or two. Hotel employees.

Bed was a bit on the hard side.

For what they charged, it was less than what I was expecting. Parking was ridiculous, breakfast was toast, for $--- I¿d expect a bit more.

Convenient location for business trip.

Customer service severely lacking, bed was hard with flat uncomfortable pillows, lack of amenities, I won't be back .

The front lobby. The employees were very polite and a courteous and it was very clean and had coffee and cookies.

Yes the air conditioner only called the living room and the bedroom was warm and really didn¿t circulate much.

Room is very clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast options are fine. Location is good also.

Tried to cook something in the kitchenette but there is no condiments like cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc.

Close to medical appointments, great freeway access without being on the freeway. Great coffee and cookies. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Our second visit here - clean, well-selected furniture, excellent bed, kitchen, frig, - all we needed for a great stay

toaster would be handy for the bagels, but I know they are hard to keep clean

The little kitchenette area, and the friendly staff were very welcoming.

Only think was the parking lot area.

Not especially clean. Decor is dated and worn. $75 pet charge for our tiny dog - more than twice what we've paid anywhere else. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Comfortable, clean, full kitchen, late checkout available.No complaints. I will definitely be back.
