    Pros +

    • It was located in a very beautiful area.
    • Location
    • The gentleman in the restaurant/bar Justin was kind n polite very friendly. Good customer service. I would hire him for my business.

    Cons -

    • The female stay on my night I checked in were very rude, condescending and made me feel like my son and I didn't belong there. It was very off-putting.
    • Very conveniently located to the historic district and river. Excellent service at reception, bar and housekeeping. The only thing that was noticeable was that the walls are thin and I could hear next door guest snores
    • Old, dingy, poor staffing, dated.

The welcome desk Elisabeth I believe her was. We felt very uncomfortable with her presentation.

    The bed and pillows

Room was dark, even with lights on. Faced parking lot and buildings across lot.

    It?s location and free oarking

It needs some renovation It can serve complimentary coffee The bar is closed if there is low traffic

Nice convenient location in Folsom near the old town area.

The walls were thin, and you could hear the adjacent rooms occupants. The door to bathroom was very difficult to close, something that the maid staff should have referred to the maintenance team. Our sink was also slow to drain and should have been fixed.

    The bar and the amenities.

The rooms were kind of outdated for the price I don?t think it was worth it.

Beautiful area. Little town is quiet in the evenings but active during the day. Couple little bars close by if you are looking for a little night outing

Location - it?s beautiful and convenient; price is excellent.

Forced to use elevators (I like stairs); room exteriors showed litmus of wear and tear; noisy clientele on weekend nights.

The outside patio and fireplace outside

Asked for blankets and was told there was none, pillow case was dirty, and heard housekeeping vacuuming at 7am and heard every single noise from surrounding rooms

Love just about everything about it. We stay often

Pool and hot tub times could maybe be later. And the seals on the bath plugs never seem to work right so water just drains. But that's my only little complaints.

    Great quiet comfortable hotel.

Not really. We stay often. Just the plungers for the bathroom tub plugs never work. I think maybe just to work.

    Location and staff

Its a bomber 1-2star hotel. Badly needs an update. Fake Google review ads.

    10WilmaPosted on: 4-6-2024

The hotel had an "old time" feel to it and the staff was so pleasant that it did remind me of years gone by. There is a very fine walking trail that starts right adjacent the property so that was pleasant. I will try to stay longer next time.

Nope, I had no negative feelings about this hotel.

The Bartenders were delightful, He had great suggestions about where to go, right up the hill on Sutter, for drinks and dinner. Reception was friendly and responsive, too.

There was a lot of noise in the hallways with people talking and doors slamming. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was very loud in the room. Overall, the location and the staff were excellent.

    Great location

I had a bad experience with noise from my neighbors. A couple came in next-door.I had been asleep for two hours.(10:30pm) and had a huge argument and fight. Doors were slammed and yelling persisted for a half hour. Another couple took showers at midnigh

Lock didn't latch on door. Needed over an hour to fix. Offered free breakfast in cafe which we couldn't use. Machinery operating in floor above for approximately 45 minutes. Guessed to be a jetted tub. Very disturbing.

Our first stay at Lake Natoma Inn, and it exceeded our expectations. We needed a room to just basically sleep in a nice and quiet setting. This met our expectations. Not only did we enjoy the bar and breakfast area. The Inn is located to downtown.

    great location!

I am not a fan of tub shower combinations in bathrooms and the air conditioner was very loud.
