Hampton Inn & Suites Folsom

Pool was down the whole time of my stay. One reason I picked this one was because it was indoor. Breakfast was was nice for the prepackaged stuff but eggs were not done all the way. You can still taste the powder.

Room were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. There was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room.

1. The shower was runny very slow. 2. The breakfast was way too early for us 6-10am)

Very clean and spacious rooms. The price was very good too. The beds were very comfortable. We slept very well.

Breakfast time was way too early which was from 6am to 10am. A lot of people usually sleep late and cannot wake up early for breakfast that early.

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast had a good selection. Could get hot breakfast if desired.

Bathroom door could not be propped open and fan was too loud. Bathroom has a smell like a marsh

We love staying here. The hotel is beautiful, clean & staff is super nice and welcoming.

When taking a shower there was a loud hissing noise.

There was no warning when the pool would be closed for cleaning

Great location- a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel room was clean and big. Well taken care of property. The only downside, pet fee is $75.

Good location for the event we were attending. Very clean, comfortable room. Staff was very pleasant.

We had a suite and the furniture was dirty. It needed to be replaced or at least shampooed.

The rubber dam at bottom of shower worn and not totally effective, allowing water to get out on tiles and they were then extremely slick and dangerous for an older couple with mobility issues. There needs to be a better solution. And some coating on floor

Nice, clean room, friendly staff, and conveniently located for our purposes.

Parking was easy and close to front entrance, and breakfast was better than most

Indoor pool was closed for renovation and water pressure in shower wasnt great.

Dirty carpet, chips on the floor.

Great central location to shopping and dining. Literally right off the freeway but so quiet you would never know.

Only issue was the shower in our room didn¿t drain properly.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located.

The room was clean and well appointed. The A/C was the best I've had at a hotel; very quiet and didn't keep turning on and off like many I've experienced in the past. I'm generally not a fan of hotel breakfasts but I enjoyed this one both days.

If 2 people are sleeping in the double beds it would have been nice if the blankets and sheets were a little wider.
