That the initial person at the desk attempted to accommodate us by giving us a different room that my mom could access

There were so many things that we did not like about this hotel it was embarrassing. There is no elevator at this hotel so anyone who has any mobility issues has no chance for any of the upstairs rooms

Near 15 freeway

Building didn?t appear structurally stable. There is a gap between the wall and staircase in lobby area. The carpet is extremely dirty. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty and staff reported heater was not fully operational. Window screens are torn.

Location to our venue and free breakfast.

Sheets and blankets were not clean.

No elevator. Two flights of stairs. Ice machine in office and chunks of ice.

This place needs burned down and rebuilt. Absolutely disgusting.

Stains on towels, tiny pillows, no fitted sheet (and the bottom sheet came off to see how disgusting the mattress was), AC unit was so loud you couldn't sleep with it on, flashing spooky light in the bathroom made it feel like a horror movie

Mold, dirty, holes in walls, chipping paint, broken fridge, missing electrical plates, dusty, dirty sheets

Breakfast is poor, don't have water to sale customer don't have store sodas snack ,

Air conditioner is slow smell bad

The room was disgusting/dirty as was the entire property. No service at the front desk. Lots of freeway/frontage road noise all times of day. People fighting and yelling at 3:20am in the hallways. Filthy swimming pool. Dried vomit in the parking lot.

Staff working front desk was the quietest talker I have ever met. Had to ask him to repeat himself after nearly everything he said. And my hearing is pretty good!

Really old bathroom that had not been updated with the rest of the room interior. Thin blanket only on bed. Hot tub was freezing cold. Breakfast only had dry cereal and make your own waffles. Old exterior. Disappointing.

I have asked for my money back after checking into the hotel it was the dirtiest disgusting hotel Ive ever been to. It was so bad my asthma kicked in. I went and checked into another room at a different hotel. I would like my money back.

They gave our room to someone else after we had already checked in. Told us we didn¿t have anything in the room so that is why they gave it away. Moved us to another room that was not clean. Told us to wait while they cleaned it. It still wasn¿t clean.

Nothing. This hotel was disgustingly dirty and run down. The staff was no help. It looks nothing like the picture

I had a lot of safety concerns including the main door that didn't close flush with frame, and lot of random people walking by. The fire alarm had been pulled from the ceiling and there was exposed wires. This is just a few things.

Absolutely Nothing

There was blood on the mattress&the bedding was gross and insufficient. There were no sleeping pillows. The room was smelly. Not as advertised. No one was able to get us our refund, we stayed 2 minutes before checking out. Front desk was not helpful.

Sadly only thing I liked was the staff.

No elevator, extremely dirty/dusty rooms, smoke detector missing in our first room, hot tub not working, stains on the sheets and pillow cases, breakfast only waffles, 3 oranges, vanilla yogurt, small cup worth of juice and milk that is questionable.

Just the location

Room is dirty. Had to moved to a different room then the new room has a broken toilet. Bad experience overall. Just stayed because of the location

The proximity to the freeway.

The parking lot/exterior of the facility was dirty with weeds and trash. The bed in room 210 was super thin with bed springs poking through and it was depressed in the middle. Both bed sheets had stains. The breakfast consisted of cereal and only coffee.

Prepaid a 2 night res ($---) but didn't stay the second night- FILTHY. Our room had a bad smell, AC Unit had a cover broken off of it, Refrigerator non functional, floor dirt turned bottoms of feet black. Terrible customer service- no credit/refund.

The water was hot. Breakfast did include fresh waffles, although there was only coffee, orange juice, milk and yogurt (in a refrigerator that read 60¿!) to complete the breakfast experience.

Room smelled of urine under the floorboards, *paper thin* walls and floors, pool and spa was open to guests even though there was a sign from the health department that it was unsafe and must be closed, microwave in the room was rusty, uncomfortable bed.
