- The owner of the hotel is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He works at all hours, regardless of how tired he is, he continues to do whatever it takes to ensure that each guest is as comfortable as possible.
- The staff reassigned us to a different room when the heater in the first room didn't respond well. The second room was much nicer and more comfortable for our stay.
