Staff and cleanliness of “room”

Not as represented. No hair dryer. No cups for coffee. Shower and tub faucet controls had no finishing faceplate.

Fridge broke and we had to throw away a lot of food Pool was closed Hotel needs major updating There was no breakfast. They only had cereal as an option that is not the breakfast we paid for. I will never be back.

dirty on the outside. finger food for breakfast. Pool and Jacuzzi wasn't able to access. do to paint in the pool. Elevator didn't work.

Stopped up sinking but hotel maid took care of us

Hotel employee is very nice and helpful and very friendly he is doing an outstanding job. Maintain is also helpful and friendly. Nice and friendly staff along with housekeepers.

Great stay, everything was very clean, great location, comfy beds, free breakfast, nice staff.

The shower was not working properly. It would either be at an extremely hot temperature or a freezing cold temperature.

Nothing. Terrible staff. Dirty and worn out! Bed was terrible and so was condition of room. This is not a hotel you should support.

Everything. The manager on duty in the check-in office was the worst. While we had reservation for over a month and paid, we had to wait outside in heat to get our room. The room was filthy and run down. The bed was so bad we checked out at 2:30 a.m.

Clean room, comfortable bed

Check in entrance not obvious, not temporary parking in front, breakfast minimal.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I enjoyed the location. It is walking distance to dinner and other businesses. The room was clean, I really appreciated the luxury vinyl flooring. The staff was kind. I fully intend to stay again.

They kept the room and outside clean. Someone was always working. The location was close to a grocery store and steak restaurant.

LOVE that the rooms have hard floors! Beds & pillows were super comfy. Hot water for the shower. Overall it was a GREAT experience!!

Only thing I would have wished for was a stopper for the bathtub so my kids could take a bath.

Room had a clean fresh smell and staff was very accomadating. The hotel receptionist was very helpful in making sure we had a comfortable location for our two night stay. Also, the free breakfast and close proximity to Starbucks.

We were dissapointed to see the pool had not been kept up. It had a lot of dirt at the bottom and many leaves floating on the top.

Nothing - This hotel is really a complete disappoint

No closet or place to place clothing. The bathroom fan was loud and grinding. The room paint was peeling in the bathroom. Tub stopper was broken. Hotel staff entered room, when DO NOT DISTURB, sign was in place without knocking.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I also like the location.

The room was small but clean. The bath tub water was hard to regulate.

The front desk employees were pleasant and quick. The room was fine and they are pet friendly so my little dog was happy. Breakfast was good as long as you know it will be continental and not a full hot breakfast.

The floor was a little dirty but I was glad it was a hard floor and not carpet.

Charged for a one-hour early check in and the room was extremely cold with a broken heatee

Location and staff

Breakfast is less options unlike a year ago. And homeless are frolicing around the premises and takes advantage of the breakfast room.

Location so close to so many restaurants and stores. Breakfast was all prepackaged items .

The house keeping was lacking argued not to clean room after 4 days of no housekeeping and even after I requested it in the morning with the office. The highway noise. Few homeless walking around parking lots.

That I only had to stay there about 8 hours
