Leucadia Beach Inn

The location of this hotel is great. The staff is always very friendly and if a need arises, they respond very quickly.

There is no ocean view, but the location is good for us visiting relatives. It is quiet at night.

The room key did not work for about 1.5 hours early one morning (6:30) so we had to wait outside to get it to open. There is no one on duty to help at that time. I would appreciate a lighter weight blanket with an extra in the closet for cold nights.

The kitchenette was wonderful! The manager was very helpful! He showed us step by step how to work the Keurig in our room and gave us an additional coffee pod. He also recommended places to eat and told us how to get to the public beach.

No. We would definitely recommend this inn and stay here again.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the quaintly decorated courtyard. It feels like a little Spanish villa. The room was clean and the kitchen suite was quite nice. The location was very convenient. I am glad I chose this hotel for our 5 night stay.

The hotel is in a very picturesque area of the coast. I love that you can walk out the door and be at lots of places in a five minute walk. There was parking right by the hotel and restaurants for any taste. Loved the location!

The only downside was that the bed was not very comfortable. Everything else was perfect.

The staff's attitude,manager was the worst. No customer service skills or professionalism. Very rude & unfriendly. Heater didn't work (it was in the 40's at night & raining), electrical plugs in the bathroom & kitchen didn't work. Ran out of hot water.

Great location to the beach and food.

Yes my room was located next to the utility/service room and almost every time I tried to enter or exit my room there was a service cart in my way and had to move it!!! This happened every day... Parking is very tight.

This is a great place if you are looking for the off beat. It is a 1920's motorcourt style motel that the new owners completely updated. The location is close to beaches. You can cook in the room. Walk to grocerie store. Walk to some good restaurants too.

Only drawback for some folks might be noise from PCH 101 and the train tracks across the street. Commuter trains and some real freight trains too. But tha for us just added to the quirkyness of the old school motorcourt lodge.

Location!!! There is a lot of activities for all to do near this location.

Room was great. The only think they needed in the room are some black out drapes. The shutter did not block much sun light in the early morning. Not a problem for us since we are early risers though.
