Room was disgusting. Bed covering were stained and dirty. Hangers were rusted. Bathtub stained.

It's quite and a good location.

The beds are springy and not very comfortable if you're a side sleeper.

Room was nice

No coffee in room or front desk. No breakfast either. They charged me a $5 dollar cleaning fee. This was not listed on there website or yours you shouldn?t punish somebody for getting a discounted room.

My television did not work and I was told technician would be in at 11:30am which was after my check out time. The blow dryer also did not work. Making me late for work. Unfortunately. Otherwise we were satisfied

Yes - Male check-in individual at front desk. I'm a black male and I definitely detected a bit of racists-izm in his attitude and demeanor.

Location is great near Lord of shops

Rust in the shower, bed were sinking Even without sleeping in them

Customer service but was able to work something out in the end. Did not like that we had to rush out or else we would be charged

Check-in was super easy

Parking was pretty tight and the pillows and bed weren¿t too comfortable. The pillows were really flat.

Bad old smell when you entered the room. Eventhough it¿s a non smoking room, but the smell on the bed sheets, curtains and carpets are very bad. They have people doing loud drillings or constructions work next room before 5am. Super thin wall

Quick, easy check-in. Very friendly staff.

The TV didnt work at all. And had to switch rooms after checking in due to someone still staying in there.

Great location - easy to walk to beach, shops, & restaurants

It was not clean. Tub was dingy and beds had hairs on sheets. No soap shampoo or conditioner was available. Furniture was old and dinged up. One handle on the dresser was not attached properly and was just dangling from the attached end. Grime on lamp

Great location and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and kind.

There was a door between our room and another room, and the guests in the other room kept messing with the lock throughout the night. It was very unsettling and I had to call the front office a couple times, and threaten to call 911.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. Only 2 blocks from the beach. Also, this was a very clean hotel. Staff was helpful & friendly.

No coffee in hotel room. Also, no breakfast offered either. The bathtub needs to be replaced, as well as the mattress & bedding.

Have stayed here before. Noticed that new front desk folks are friendly and proficient, an upgrade over predecessors.

A good bang for the buck. Interesting 101 neighborhood.

Very good value. Recent facelift is a great improvement. Eclectic neighborhood.

Recommend bringing/renting a bike to get to Hwy 101 and beach locations
