Comfort Inn Encinitas Near Legoland

Convenient. Nice staff. Clean, relatively updated room.

The shower had no hot water. :( Only downside, but was quite uncomfortable.

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast options, and great price!

The breakfast

Mold in the bathroom, carpet stained and torn, room smelled of cigarettes and mold, small cockroach on the desk Frig not cold, pot smoking by other guests by my door, rude guests. I had to park completely on the opposite side of where my room was located.

The staff was incredibly kind and the rooms are all fully renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the AC works great. Highly recommend staying here.

It's quiet and perfect location next to freeway 10 min bike ride to the beach

Desk clerk has poor attitude comes off rude

Location, location, location. Very comfortable mattress and good quality/fresh free breakfast offerings. (Free food/coffee met all expectations up to “closing time”)

Parking lot spaces are so close together that when full, cars were packed like sardines.

Friendly & attentive staff, clean refurbished room, comfortable bed. Excellent hot breakfast. Conveniently located. Relatively quiet. Exceptional value.

Exterior needs work. Pool area and walkway in shabby condition. Small amount of trash always present around grounds.

Comfortable bed and clean, updated room

Outer walkways, pool area in very shabby condition. Needs makeover badly.

The rooms were clean and comfortable but the hotel in general need to be more clean and less mess outside

Great location, clean and modern rooms

The room was clean, updated, & quiet, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly with my Roku stick & didn't disconnect throughout the entirety of my stay, breakfast was simple, hot, & plentiful, & the front desk, maintenance, & housekeeping staff were all wonderful!

Not a single issue or complaint - highly recommend!

Room was nice

Pool area was not unkept or clean. Breakfast hours are short. I ended up not eating because too many people were crammed in the room

The bathroom was falling apart. They were holes in the wall above the mirror. The bathtub wasn?t training fixtures were falling off air-conditioning was falling apart it was a mess.

The staff maintenance guy was awesome about fixing TV in our room ?

Little noisy from freeway traffic

Easy checkin, friendly staff

Shower was broken, spewed water all over the entire bathroom and ceiling. Remote and phone were falling apart, and there was black sludge coming from the faucet, could not brush teeth.

Staff location easy checkin kind staff jaccuzzi nice

I stayed 3 nights and they did room service each day. The complimentary breakfast was good and had several options (eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, bagels etc). This hotel was a great value for the price.

Hot tub, pool, hot breakfast, bathtub, fridge/microwave, air

Elevator broken, had to haul luggage up to 3rd floor. Parking too tight on south side of building, hot breakfast ran out of eggs two of the days. Microwave very weak and takes forever to heat food, fridge tiny and not very cold

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the coffee

the service was not friendly, our sheets were dirty, water was always hot. shower leaked and made floor slippery. Receptionist was also breakfast host, warming up food without gloves in sandals.

Great location. Room was a comfortable size. Hot tub is hot! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, had variety and was replenished promptly. We very much enjoyed our stay.
