Everything. Staff very unprofessional and refused to answer multiple requests for a refund due to my wife dying and recent stroke July 3, 2026. No one responded to multiple requests. Piss poor customer service. WILL NEVER RECOMMED ANT HILTON PROPERTY.

The hotel is old, has old windows that do not provide noise reduction and the hotel is right off the freeway so the rooms are noisy. When we first checked in, I went to lay in bed and there was blood on the mattress cover. Everything was dirty

Very noisy, 6am awakening by trash pickup, sounded as if the trash bin was dropped and then had a hard time placing it back

Clean, welcoming, with a very good breakfast.

Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Quiet and very clean. Easy off and on I-5.

Smoke alarm hanging by wires from the ceiling. No plate in the microwave unable to use it.

The breakfast was excellent, especially the attendant. I gave her a $5 tip because of how nicely I observed that she proactively offered to assist a man on crutches.

Yes, there were 2 things that I disliked. 1. The toilet in the bathroom needs replaced! It had no flushing power & the in-tank stopper would engage only by removing the lid & reaching in the tank to reset it. 2. TV played 2/3 of normal channels.

Free hot breakfast is delicious! Front desk staff are so kind and caring! Anything I need from housekeeping they bring it to my door within a few minutes!

Can always count on a decent breakfast at Hampton Inn?s. All staff members I encountered were pleasant.

The room I had is dated and could use a makeover, but it served my needs very well. A vacuum cleaner works very well to pickup the excess hair seen around the perimeter of the bathroom floor and shower, otherwise pleased with the overall cleanliness.

Great location, staffs are very nice, good breakfast and we love the lobby open area you can seat relax and enjoy your time and also they have the office room have computer there you can work if need, little gym room enough for workout. Thank you

Everything - The staff was amazing! Great clean, comfortable rooms! The whole hotel was clean and beautiful. Pool is great! I liked that the breakfast was served until 10am.

Nothing! One thing that would have been nice is to have the hot offerings at breakfast change every morning. I got tired of scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. After a few mornings it got old.

The air conditioner in the room wasn't working, and when I told the front desk, he seemed annoyed and said there was nothing he could do.

When I asked the front desk to replace the shower head, the response was prompt and the issue resolved by Jesus the maintenance man. I really appreciated it!

The room had not been cleaned well. Specifically the bathroom. There was poop on the seat and lid of the toilet and the shower hadn¿t been cleaned

Check in/out was easy, room was clean and convenient for unloading our luggage.

Never use shower/breakfast. Usually leave at 4am. This hotel's check in time was 4pm so we were charged for checking in an hour early. At 9:35 in the evening on a Wednesday evening while we were asleep, someone was vacuuming or shampooing outside our doo

Everything was perfect ¿¿ air conditioning went out they upgraded us to a suite that was wonderful after they were not able to fix right away ! ¿¿
