- The hotel was gone through some nice renovations the carpet needs replacing

- The shuttle was extremely slow 2 hour wait
- I did not receive the room I ordered, I was not accommodated for that, the hotel was remodeled but smelled old, the room was not clean, stains on the door, the bathroom sink faucet was not in place, it moved when the water was turned on, odor in the room
- The bathroom in my room, the tub & sink were dirty, the coffee machine didn't work, the light fixture was broken. The hotel staff stole from my business class, the materials we needed to learn with They cost too much to not include complimentary breakfast
