The parking space was so bad , the surrounding was so dirty ..

When I left.

Staff was rude, lied and unhelpful. I was guarenteed a downstairs room with 2 beds. They gave me an upstairs room with 1 bed,,,I am CLEARLY disabled with parkinsons...I did not arrive late...they di not care,,,I barely made it up the stairs...

Room smells like old towels, roaches were everywhere, AC unit was loud, staff was rude, you can feel the springs on the mattress, sheets caused me rash.

There are so many things. First they called me and said i needed to check in between 2-6 and the i told them i called to asked the night before and somone in the back cussed me out. They take $50 as a deposit and tell u they have to come and

The pictures. These pictures feature beautiful rooms appearing to have major renovations, remodeled, upgraded bathrooms with floor to ceiling glass doors, beautiful comfortable posturepedic beds w/crisp white linens and beautiful modern vanity & mirror

In reality the bed was old and had weak support springs, the frame had broken legs, walls had large holes, unmatched paint sections, the sink had cigarette burns, a dead roach in the tub, feces on the toilet rim & they didn't provide bath towels or ice.

Duplicate charge error caused all my remaining cash to disappear. Ran out of hot water. Guy I talked to about duplicate charge was an IDIOT Nothing here to like, 8 days later and still no refund. Quiet at least, that was OK

The room was very dirty i had to call down to the office cause there was no cable on the BOX tv the shower was filthy the room smelled badly!!! There was some addict knocking on my door all night until i snapped ..... the pipes made loud noises

It's in El Cajon. You get what you pay for.

Hair everywhere that was not mine, on the sheets, in the shower. I took my own bedding and wore flip-flops in the shower.

The design was different with many levels. There was parking underneath the building. The flooring wasn't carpet. Fridge and microwave.

Dirty! the room smelled of smoke. The floor and walls didn't line up. People lived there. Bad neighborhood location crammed between two other businesses. If I had booked for more than one night I wouldn't have stayed. I did not feel safe there.

Leaving

The stench in the room was unbearable!I checked in around 11pm and left at 12:30 am.The a/c continuously shuts off after minutes. The blanket was gross and had cigarette burns. I never even turned down the bed.I had to sleep in my car.

We had a non smoking Room there were cigaret Burns to the sheets through the mattress through the carpet Cigaret On the Bath tub counters Broken tile telephone was missing half for the buttons all had holes in them

The price was reasonable for the location and condition of the motel.

It was a bit on the rundown side. It was a non-smoking room, but the bathtub and sink both had cigarette burns on them. The bathroom floor tile was cracked and sunk in places. The carpet had stains, and the paint on the wall had scuffs and scratches.

I liked the price.

I wish the carpet was cleaner. I checked out early that day. Overall i recieved exactly what i was willing to pay for, some hotels at that price range have relaxed standards but out of all the cheap hotels ive stayed in this only the 2nd one i didnt like.

They haven't return my deposit it's been two business days

It looked nice but it was cheap nice.

Nothing worked. The tv was out and the plugs in the wall didn’t work either. Wish I could get a refund but it was too late.

In the past to weeks have used booking .com 4 properties ...it's been the same at all. I get the discount the first nite only..the next two nights I get hammered 20 t30 bucks per nite.I also find it odd that out of 13 nites I have yet to get maid service.what are the chances that 2 of the 4 properties the TV didn't work and when I notified staff completely disregarded as if shouldnt be expected. Strange.

The lack of knowing what the next nite room rate would be and they all had a problem with giving me a receipt so I can expense the .all 4 properties too deposit from 50 to 200.none gave a receipt for a deposit.

Location was exactly where I wanted to be, the price good, room and bathroom clean, shower temperature was perfect.

Noisy, not front desk 24 hours open, and just soup and chips to offer

Helpful,attentive staff. Interesting location. Clean bright room.

Needed more pillows/ towels. Problem with television.
