Pros +
- The beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was really good. The location was nice. Lots of food choices nearby. It was nice to have a seating area with coffee table and a desk with chair separate from the beds. The power supply choices were great. Free parking was perfect.
- Breakfast was very good and the woman who works the breakfast is always so nice!The people who worked at the reception were also very nice and helpful!
- The hotel was clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff pleasant and accommodating.
Cons -
- The in-room heater was very noisy throughout the night. I wish the breakfast drink choices included water. The door wouldn't open on the opposite side, even though the access card lit the lock up green (unlock), and it wasn't after-hours. We had to then drive the car back around to the front and enter that way.
- It would be nice to always offer scrambled eggs at breakfast and not alternate with the omelets.More variety in fresh fruit.
- Noise travels easily between the walls and the floors. Could hear conversation in adjoining room as well as the sound of running water any time someone used the bathroom. Any footsteps from the room above us could be heard as well. Sound insulation definitely needs attention.
