The area of the hotel.
Location is best in the world and the security team gave us free Champaign for our anniversary. Very nice.

Cons -

Lots of things. It was noisy, in some areas unclean and really very crowded.
Three star treatment, probably because of Coronovirus. There is no turn down service, room cleaning, beach club, shuttles, concierge or restaurants during pandemic. I'm sure it will be back to 5 star level shortly. Staff was trying.
The cleanliness. The room was not cleaned. The staff were poor and not many spokeEnglish. The room service was very slow. We waited over an hour for breakfast. Thefront of house staff were over-familiar.
