The location was very walkable to beat by businesses like Target and Ross as well as 15-20 different food options near by.

Loved the Staff...They went above and beyond to meet our needs.... pretty rare in todays world.... Kudos to them!

Hotel was great... Only issue we had were with guests staying above us that made noise ALL night long.... We had to change rooms and the staff was great about it!

The price was reasonable for our stay. The area seemed good. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've seen since before COVID. Staff was good. Parking was free. While clean enough, the room was below average.

The room was tired, the bed squeaked every time one of us moved. The mattress was worn out and lumpy. A repetitive knocking noise that started around 5am and didn't stop. It wasn't the elevator as we were far from that, but we were 1st floor.

No microwave in room. Coffee not great.

Excellent staff, clean, accommodating, VERY price friendly & less than other hotels we've stayed at in the area. SAFE location. We frequent this area to visit an aging family member & this hotel will be our go-to hotel from now on.

Location is convenient

The staff was very unhelpful and the room was loud had to leave the hotel they wouldnt help me after they said they would change the room then they made excuses and there was no manager

It's a nice location and close by to Disneyland parks. Also, the rooms are very clean and provides free breakfast.

Hotel location was near various stores and restaurants

Cleanliness of room especially with COVID-19 and FLU season.... Room smelt musty and looked dingy tub looked dirty. I literally went to Target next door bought wipes to clean top of counters, shower mat for tub, and air freshner.

Everything--staff, breakfast, cleanliness, price.

It happened to be July 4, and the fireworks nearby were very loud.... Not the hotel's fault....

Location, service, room

The hotel is pretty secluded, which has it's own charms. The location is safe and clean as well.

Everything was pleasant enough.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Everything was great but adding a magnifying mirror in the bathroom on the side would be great as it was hard to see when doing makeup.

The cleanliness was on top of everything.

They forgot to put toilet paper in my rooms bathroom. Staff was very short when speaking to them about late check out policy. Sounded kinda rude.

I enjoyed the size of the room and the cleanliness of the room.

There signs around the hotel saying that mask were required regardless of vaccination status but that didn't seem to be that case as there were a ton of guests with no masks. Also, the staff that checked me was wearing his mask incorrectly.

Quiet location

Sheet didn't fit bed properly, Long,black hair in shower when we arrived.

Hotel employee was wonderful and sweet. I told her that my partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and she managed to put stuff together even though the other front desk staff failed. Hotel employee is the best!

Staff checked us in and they were both cold. Also, hotel employee made a note for our room to be decorated plus fruit and candy, but I practically had to beg them to figure it out. I wish I was checked in by hotel employee. She has great reviews!
