Courtyard by Marriott Cypress Anaheim/Orange County

Comfortable bed, quiet, Internet worked well.

Getting a bit dated. None of the outlets by the bed worked, sink area congested, water pressure in shower was low.

Its clean and bed is comfortable , Im very sensitive to smells so I like a room that doesnt smell like smoke or pets .

The food at Starbucks. I didn't have to leave for breakfast

The bed was horrible. It was the worst bed I've slept in for years. It felt like sleeping on the floor.

Staff was helpful. Room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable.

No hand or body lotion.

Super dirty. We arrived late for check in. Staff was asleep and didn?t answer the door for about 30 minutes.

Check in was thorough and Hotel employee is next level. Hotel employee went above and beyond to take care of us and made an impact to what Marriott is truly about. Room is clean, quiet and spacious.

Only thing I will note is that the water is a bit weak in the sink and shower (room 725).

We stayed 4 nights and only had our room made up once even though I spoke to 3 employees about it.

Foul smell coming from bathroom sink; not enough toiletries and toilet paper.

Location is important any time we stay anywhere but it's nice when a hotel has all they have going here at Courtyard and location is prime for us. Their price is awesome as well!! We have stayed here many times and the staff is always very helpful and fun

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. This is where my husband and I go to get away every couple of months. It¿s quiet, located near a handful of good restaurants and close to home.

Toilet ran all night, shower didn't work at all, trash was never emptied, they didn't replace our towels and they only had one elevator working. I let the front desk know about the issues, they took my number and told me I would be compensated. Lied.

Centrally location. Staff was excellent and professional.

There was garbage under the sofa when we came in the room. No coffee in the foyer for customers.

The TV u couldn¿t see from the bed And their alarm went off at 5:00 am Woke up everyone on the 4th floor

No visible front desk person at night, doors open to anyone entering. Lack of overall cleanliness, guests left trash in hallways and at ice machine for days, luggage carts in hallways, no real food options, guests smoking, have to ask for everything.
