- quiet, restful, easy freeway access and very light parking area
- It is on the busiest street in Concord where drugs and homeless are rampant. The staff is very rude and spoke to me and my father in a manner we have never been spoke to by any individual or human being ever in our lives.

- Staff at front desk is often very short with people and rude! Whenever you request anything they act like your putting them out and they are doing you a favor!!

- This was the dirtiest,noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. If I could have cancelled my reservation when I got there I would have. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. Do not stay here!!
