Days Inn by Wyndham Concord

Pros +

• The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the jetted tub
• the bed is sooooo comfortable and the built in mag safe phone chargers is a plus
• I've had better breakfasts. The room above us was extremely noisy all during the night. Also some man was going up and down the hall between rooms our last night screaming all kinds of obsenety's the rest of the nigh so I didn't sleep

Cons -

• Tub wasn't deep enough, tv and hair dryer didn't work. When I called about the tv not working they said they'd send someone and never did.
• I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below any reasonable hospitality standard.The hotel appears to operate on extreme cost-cutting measures that directly impact guest comfort. Breakfast portions were embarrassingly small, with sausage and eggs cut into tiny pieces as if rationed. To make matters worse, I was told by the front desk that I was only allowed to use one coffee cup after taking two, which felt petty, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.The room itself was equally unacceptable. The furniture was old and worn down, including a visibly deteriorated chair, and the room was not soundproof at all. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms made it very difficult to rest or sleep.
