Comfortable and spacious room

They didn’t have an airport shuttle even though advertised on website and a representative said there was one when I called. The lobby garbage can was full for an entire day and overflowing. Two full cups were sitting on the edge of the coffee table.

Friendly staff. Quality breakfast. Location of hotel. Availability of coffee, tea and water in lobby. Quality of room, and amenities.

The room that we were placed in was the last room at the back of the hotel. It is way easier to get from the back door than thru the front lobby. Also the elevator was not apt for the building size.

Clean room and friendly staff.

Old, flat pillows. No hand lotion. Elevator broken. Breakfast warming trays broken. Sofa bed mattress uncomfortable.

The staff was helpful and kind

The bed in our King suite was extremely difficult to sleep on. The mattress was lumpy, the pillows were old and extremely flat, and the elevator carpet was dirty.

Location to destination.

Tried checking in three times, last time I tried checking in had to wait about 30 minutes before i can get a room because there wasn¿t anyone at the front desk. Room I paid for was not the room I got.

We liked the layout of the king suite.

The only drawback was that housekeeping was scaled down, but we look forward to coming back after the pandemic to experience the complete service.

The hotel was very nice in appearance. The staff was great. The rooms were well appointed.

The mattress on the bed was very hard. Also the hotel is still giving breakfast in a bag while restaurants are serving indoor & on the patios. Very disappointing.

I would put a supervision that solves the actions that the clients have need to feel comfort and hygiene

Very dirty the carpets from the entrance, in corridors a lot of garbage and the worst in my room the disgusting kitchen utensils, the moldy coffee pot. I wanted to have a coffee or tea as soon as I arrived and I asked the reception for their support and

Front desk staff, was kind and tried to be very helpful.

My main issue was the carpet were very dirty and had large stains on them by the elevator. Also clumps of hair in the elevator on the floor. The floor directly in from of the elevator was very dirty and also had stains on the carpet.elevator also dirty.

I liked the staff.

The room was filthy so bad that a previous occupant had written the date in the dust. The mirror was smeared with hand prints and the carpet turned the bottom of my socks black. A sticker was placed on the door assuring me of the cleanliness.

Lots of perks - cocktail hour, free breakfast, etc

Street noise level was high in my room. You don't want to be facing the main avenue.

Room layout, competitive pricing and convenient location.

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive to any needs.

The staff member that helped us to get a new room on Christmas Eve. After we packed everything and moved (about 2 hour task), the trip improved.

We have stayed here for years--this year the staff member that checked us in put us in #122--this room's headboard is adjoining the elevator! We didn't notice until we were in bed and she didn't tell us that it was a noisy room!

Rooms were clean, spacious and breakfast was good

The room was large, clean, and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel allowed dogs and with 2 small children that made me nervous as not everyone is conscious of their dogs with kids.

Our room (#122) backed up to the elevator shaft and until about midnight, the room vibrated for 12-15 seconds each time the elevator was used. This room should only be used for storage, not for customers.

So clean! The hotel had a very family feeling to it. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. Bed and room in general was clean and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Breakfast choices excellent, staff helpful, friendly, they went above and beyond to assist us. Handicapped room very user friendly. Housekeeping staff very kind and accommodating. Will stay there again definitely when we return to Clovis next year.
