The handicapped room was very spacious and the bathroom had plenty of grab bars. I appreciated the hand held shower.

The air conditioner was SO LOUD that I did not sleep well. The controls were difficult to figure out and the default thermostat setting made the room TOO COLD. The TV didn’t work during my entire stay despite a change in the batteries of the remote.

The hotel was super close to the event I attended, so it took me less than 10 minutes to arrive at the hotel after the event ended.

No, everything was perfect. Decent selection of goodies at the continental breakfast, too!

The location and proximity to restaraunts, mall, Costco.

Ac wasnt very cold, toilet paper holder was broken, so tissue was on the back of the toilet. Pillows were flat, mattress wasnt too comfortable.

My room was nice and clean. The hotel as a whole was clean and very nice. My second time there and will always stay at same hotel whenever I'm in town. The breakfast bar was nice with a variety of options. It was kept very clean.

it is clean, the breakfast is good and plentiful. the beds are firm and the linen is clean and spot free. the bathrooms are large and the water hot

It is very clean even under the bed(I checked). I had a handicap room and all the bathroom was great. There was a frige, microwave and large tv. The beds were both firm and comfortable. The free breakfast is really good.

I did not like that the coffee pot, coffee and tea was in the bathroom

I am a business person and always stayed at Homewood and Hampton hotel. But this time, the services is very bad and didn¿t meet my expectation. The room is not clean, no iron and board, no tissues, only 2 towels, refrigerator not working, bad staff, etc.

Staff and managers at the hotel are bad. They never respond to my requests. They give me all kinds of excuses that they are very busy, it¿s weekend and the mangers are not in the office, no technician available to check on the problems, snd do on.

The hotels location was perfect, I had access to everything I needed and the airport was near by.

My back is killing me from sleeping on the cement slab that they called a bed. Due to covid the provided breakfast came in a box but it's very hard to eat a bagel when you run out of cream cheese and butter. The parking lot was filthy and no one cleaned

I like everything it¿s very good location very safe very fast check in and check out

Staying there was just a great overall experience, when I go visit family , that¿s where I stay , been the multiple times.

Maybe this was a option and I just didn¿t know, but I made a reservation but didn¿t show up til later that evening and I was given a room at the 4th level when I would have preferred a 1st floor room. Made the reservation a day in advance.

Dirty towel and not new Kleenex. Also the sheets were SO rough. They felt like paper.

It was a good sized room comfy bed. The place was fairly quiet and the staff was decent.

The only issue was we asked for more coffee for the room and the clerk forgot about us. She was there the next day and apologized and we got our coffee. Other than that everything was grest

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room adequately cool. Covid-19 was used to explain the lack of advertis3d breakfast, pool and gym availability and lack of stocking rooms with necessities such as toilet paper and coffee. Would not return here
