There was a trans customer harrassing me and my guests leering sexually at us every time we left our room he followed us. The room wasn't a sweet like we originally booked and we didn't have a couch or the extra space as advertised.

The layout was nice, it?s near a lot of stores and it?s a quiet neighborhood.

Complimentary coffee in the morning would be nice

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel over all others.

Only the noise from the pool, but that ended at 9:00 p.m.

The room was spacious.

Woke up and went into the living room area & saw a huge bug laying on its back, kicking its legs. I didn¿t even shower before checking out, I WAS DISGUSTED.

The decor was nicely done. But the air conditioner was noisy. Trying to sleep with a constant vibration is upsetting. I had high expectations going I this hotel but it did not live up to its brand.

The vibrating AC. The two packages of coffee. No trash receptacle with bags.

Convenient to my destination.

Carpeting had large damp spot - icky to walk on. Cleaner kept bothering me before check out. They should know who has checked out early and leave the others alone until time. Cost doubled from last year when I went there.

The breakfast bistro was so slow. Don’t order anything if you are under any time pressure. It took 20 minutes to prepare a burrito.

Noise from parking lot under window. Pretty sure someone was sleeping in their car and starting it frequently to stay warm.

The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the staff was very helpful, also loved having a Starbucks there for morning coffee.

The hotel is new, so everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Exactly what I look for in a hotel. Linens were comfortable and clean, and towels were clean. It was very nice.

I could briefly hear the people walking above me, but it wasn't the biggest deal ever. For the most part, it was very quiet.
