I haven’t received my receipt for my stay yet. They said it would be sent to my email, but it hasn’t arrived yet.

The comfort!! I hope u have her name right, but hotel employee helped us in a medical need and we want to THANK HER!! Our son was having an asthma attack and she jumped in and focused on our needs!!!

There was no parking fee. Most Hilton hotel advertize for free parking, but end up charging $15 to $20 a night

Staff were friendly and helpful. Greeted us warmly every time we walked by. Entire hotel super clean, well-maintained. Free bottled water. Good breakfast. Pool and spa. Location was super convenient.

We were not made aware of the $75 pet fee. That was not clear in booking and came as quite a surprise. We had a short stay of 10 hours and a small dog that did not cause any additional cleaning.

It was a warm experience with the staffs, they welcome us with smiles and even offers complimentary bottles of water.

Location was close to restaurant's, freeway.

I didn¿t like the fact that the toilet water intake fro our room wasn¿t working!! we called the front seat to report the issue. Their response was, they can¿t do nothing about it until Maintenance shows up.no room accommodation!! Bad service!

I like the location most of all being close to the interstate. This hotel is also located around many restaurants.

Several times the staff was not at the counter so you would have to wait.

I was supposed to have two queen beds but since they over booked and I ended up with a sofa bed

stayed there 3 nights and scheduled my room to be cleaned one of those nights but it didn't;'t happen ... could not control the sink faucet pressure as the lever arm needed maintenance ... hot water was iffy (told to wait an hour)

Our king suite was very cozy and had enough room for our family of 5. The gym is very well equipped, and the on-site laundromat came in very handy. Last but not least, the breakfast was so good. They had a great selection and different options every day.

No, we would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Overall the hotel and location is good but because of the bed making it impossible for me to sleep without getting a migraine, I’d have to caution others with this type of bed issue to go elsewhere.

The bed was like sleeping on a chunk of granite so hard that I’d couldn’t sleep hardly and spent most of the nights tossing and turning. I’d end up with a migraine around 3-4am every day that took most of the morning to get under control. Was unenjo

Nice spacious clean, comfortable room. Helpful, friendly, polite staff. Appreciate free wifi, free parking and located in a shopping center with a Starbucks and a theater. Location was close to my destination event which I appreciated.

The hotel was nice but expected more for the price I paid. There was no refrigerator or microwave in my room at the Hampton Inn and Suites; thought that would be a given. Prefer a hotel with more amenities. Freeway traffic too noisy

The service was fantastic , the housekeeping was excellent , breakfast was really good .

I did not like the fact that I had to connect the Internet every 24 hours . Some of the other guests were somewhat loud .
