Courtyard by Marriott Chino Hills

The fire pit outside never worked during my stay. We were in a handicapped room which we do not kind but during our stay the fire alarm went off and the strobe lights on the room 319 and 320 did not go off. This would be an issue for a deaf person!

It was remodel so it was nice looking

The room deposits, and how long they hold it. Some of the staff?s customer service is anemic and nonchalant. They are currently under construction and the pool, hot tub, and gym were not available. None of which was listed on the website.

I paid to come to this hotel for the Jacuzzi and pool , and it was not in service due to construction that has been going on for 2 years ???

The staff were rude,the hotel is completely under renovation and wires are exposed. No gym,pool,jacuzzi,or breakfast.Room was extremely dirty, towels had stains,ac smelled.I wish I would have never booked.clerk said?this is why this happens to you people?

The price and the renovated bathroom even tho the floor was not clean

It is totes under construction! Draped and taped and no amenities and hair in the bedsheets and dirty floor and furniture

Dirty, dusty, smelly hotel and room. Staff rude and unhelpful.

It was clean, located next to highway, temples, restaurants and gas. Brand new room

It is under construction so no good for a daytime sleeper. It will be great when the construction is done though

They ask for 200 dollars for cash deposit and they were no good as they were returning....

Bugs everywhere. Dirty. And I was charged 50$ for spilling chocolate on the seat

Absolutely NOTHING!!!!! Worst experience ever

Everything. Please do not recommend this hotel. It is under complete renovation and they had nothing available. No breakfast No housekeeping, no batteries in remote control, and no front desk staff. I feared for my life there

The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating during the unforseen circumstances of the hotel being under construction

It was never indicated that the hotel was under construction and there was no house keeping.

The bathroom was spotless.

It is being remodeled, they didn't say it, there was no parking

Under construction. Loud noise early in the morning. Pool and gym closed.

Remodeled room, nice shower area, comfy bed, big screen TV.

Minor but, could have put out at least coffee in the AM, hangers in the room.

under construction without proper notice.? many amenities were unavailable.? i was told that there was a tub in the room, there was not.? & there were no rooms available with a tub.? the sofa and ottoman were dirty.. no refunds available..
